I just woke up... what happened?

You went unconscious, i had to bring you to the futu- i mean my planet to "revive" you, apparently it was some kind of poison, the medics on my planet where able to remove it, but they had to change your heart to a mechanical one, which means that now you will also live at least 100 more years.. *With a curious tone* Do you have any idea of what happened or why you went unconscious ?
