i believe if you stay in one playlist only or mostly, it builds up your chances better than hopping around from control to rumble to salvage... pick one and stay with it
Sorry to burst your bubble but this is delusional. Random number generation is just that; Random! You have the same odds of getting a reward in one game as you do the next. It doesn't matter what game type you're playing.

  • depends on ones perception of "random"... it's delusional to think there is no underlying algorithm(s) being utilized based on the way the system is designed to crunch numbers and generate results... or we also say some people are luckier than others or maybe people are so concerned about not getting exotics after playing three games is programming the universe to manifest their idea that the game is flawed and that it has to be fixed because wawaa-baby didn't get the gun or helmet they wanted...

Of course there are algorithms to determine how frequently a reward is dropped. (I don't think it's some guy in a cubicle with a bunch of paper slips in a hat). But if you play a game and have 1:1000 chance of getting weapon A (I don't know the frequencies they actually use), if you stick with the same game type it doesn't mean that the next game you have 1:999 chance and the next game 1:998 chance. If you play the same game type for 1000 times it doesn't mean you're guaranteed to get weapon A. Sure, you've got a better chance because you're participating more but each game you've still got the same probabilities of receiving a specific weapon drop. Edit: spelling.
