Darkness 3 Dead Ghost Fragment Does Not Show Up

I and two of my clan mates went to where this is supposed to be and they found it, it does not show up for me, nor does it have it listed in my Grimoire cards... any suggestions?

Hi there, we are aware of an issue where some of the ghosts will not appear for some players. We are investigating the issue.
