That makes sense. Too slow of a pace, it gets boring. Too fast, and if feels like a rush and that lazy devs therefore don't have to put in as much effort for the landscape

I actually think Oblivion had the best story because it was more of a "right man in the right place" scenario where you had to earn your praise vs Morrowind and Skyrim where it was handed to you.

Yeah. Hence why I put it over Skyrim and Morrowind. The entire back story and premise to it was pure awesome. You must defy a god.
