Why would I want to repeat the same story missions with no story content to expand on why I'm doing it only to find gear that won't get me to 32 and won't break down for shards?
If you think there will be story content, I think you're forgetting the fact that they just released an "expansions" that just had you replay the same maps that have been in the game from the beginning, with a little added voice acting and the only cinema being the cinematic trailer. You think they'll give a weekly event content for free?

I'll be honest, I haven't played much crucible since the second round or Iron Banner, what dramatic change has taken place to break PVP?

Rolls eyes. Pvp is not fun at all. Certain weapons outclass others. Terrible matchmaking

So the entire foundation on which PVP in this game is built, bring your best gear in, is breaking the game? Maybe you should go play Call of Duty because it doesn't sound like Destiny PVP is for you.

Rolls eyes. When only a few weapons are viable at the top levels, its broken. I like using red death in pvp but it pales next to a decent vex or thorn user.

All guns are usable, you're using Red Death, lots of people use SUROS, I like Thorn and Up For Anything. One gun being flat out better than another is part of all these games. Otherwise you could have kept your first gun from PVE and ran with it the whole time. Even Halo, a lot fewer people used the battle rifle once the DMR was available because it did more damage per shot. It didn't make the BR useless.

Know what else happens in halo? All guns are viable. In destiny most exotics and basically every legendary is outclassed by the top tier guns quite heavily

So again your problem is with the foundation of the game. If the Vex was the same as Suros what's the incentive to try and get it?

Pretty much every gun is viable. We all get killed by the "better weapons" but you just need to suck it up and learn the maps. Knowing where your enemy is coming from exceeds the need for the weapon you think is a beast. In a game where grenades, heavy weapons and supers give so many kills, there is no reason to whine about your primary gun.
