All I can say is that Kabr and his fireteam went into the Vault of Glass before Dredgen Yor dies but sometime after the Battle of the Twilight Gap (or when Crucible was founded).
Also Dredgen Yor kills Pahanin sometime after Kabr is wiped from existence.
