I think that eventually the cabal will wipe out the vex (considering the history of cabal they can wipe out the solar system)

Nope, Vex master race. Also on a more serious note, the Vex have different units for different jobs, so I'm pretty sure they can handle them.

Read the desc for the Cabal, it says that they have conquered more territory (or at least pillaged) than any of the other guys. If you could choose your race in destiny, Cabal would be my second choice (first is Hive, duh! They have leaders who are literally gods)

Are you kidding me? Cabal can't even use the relic, and that's the biggest part of the Vault of Glass. They couldn't even bring down the Templar's shield, so that's a instant win. Atheon will lock you outside of time, so Valus Ta'aurc is rekt.
