that's pretty detailed. any chance you can slip the Vanguard Mentors in there? there's still topics like: How did Commander Zavala achieve his position in charge of the city's defence? what else is known about Cayde-6's attempt to find the Vault of Glass, and his deceased friend Andal Brask? what of Ikora Rey's youger days when she used to Wield the Invective and participate in the Crucible? what of other legendary Guardians like Saint - 14, Alpha Lupi, and Jaren Ward? plenty of lore that got cut out of the game it seems.

  • Destiny cut out a lot of lore, that part you're going to have to pay another 20-60 (whatever currency you use)

There's a story on here about commander z. Basicly he was like us but he never got a ghorn so he aventually refused to leave the tower and they had to find something for him to do so he became a mentor

I wanted to include Zavala, Cayde, and Ikora in the timeline, but it's unclear when they joined the Vanguard, except for Zavala who became the Titan Vanguard either just before or immediately following the Battle of Twilight Gap. Saint-14 defended the city at some point before the founding of the Vanguard, but it is entirely unclear how or what against. (I assume the Fallen) Alpha Lupi is a grey area. Jarren Ward really only tells the story of The Last Word.

  • my theory: Zavala was a hero and survivor of Twilight gap, just like Shaxx, and was promoted to Commander of city defences. Saint-14 led a crusade against the Fallen, and supposedly killed a Kell. I think that the remaining Fallen who followed this unknown Kell joined/formed the House of Exile. it could also consist of Fallen from the House of Wolves who may have refused to serve the Awoken Queen. Cayde-6 found the Vault of Glass, but was overwhelmed by Vex before opening it. he lost a bet that forced him into Vanguard duty, of which he has 2 years left. I think he made a bet with Andal that he could beat him to the Vault, but Andal was killed by the Vex. so to honour his friend, Cayde went along with his forfeit. Ikora revolutionised the way that the Warlocks operate; she's more "in your face" at times than some would expect. she probably had a hard time from her fellow Warlocks, hence why she prefers solitude. she may also have been treated better by Hunters and Titans, which would explain why she still openly shows respect for non-Warlocks. Alpha Lupi was either a Titan or Hunter who could envision the Future somehow. I think he may have either been mad, or found something great. Jaren Ward owned the Last Word, and is the "father figure" who Raised Shin Malphur. upon his death, Jaren gives Last Word to Shin, perhaps to avenge his death at the hands of Dredgen Yor. god dammit Bungie why did you butcher the plot?!
