What about the fact that the traveler is the darkness?
Your story is interesting because it is just like a story would be told from a person of the "light"

We honestly don't know anything because they took the story away that's the only thing that pisses me off about this game because I love playing this game but the story that was created for it was phenomenal and would have rivaled Halo if they would have told it
