I'm actually thinking that could be pretty accurate, but considering nothing in Destiny has dates, it's really hard to say anything like this is for sure.
For example, Toland COULD have been banished centuries ago for all we know; his Journal is centuries old during present time, according to the Bad Juju Exotic Quest.
That little bit of knowledge had always made me wonder just how long ago we lost the Moon, and how long ago Eris' Fireteam lost to Crota. How long has Eris been alive? For all I know, she could have been down in those tunnels for centuries without her Light, depending on how the human lifespan had been increased.
Also, I've heard Thalor mentioned a few times, but I hadn't heard he was killed by Dredgen Yor. Did you get that from a piece of equipment? If so, could you let me know which one? I do try to keep on top of Destiny's lore somewhat, and that makes me wonder why he wasn't already exiled before stealing Pahanin's Light (Or was he?).
And once again, great post. It's always fun to speculate on the history of Destiny and this is an awesome step towards making sense of the jumbled information that makes up Destiny's timeline.

We know that Dredgen Yor was a master in the Crucible before he murdered Pahanin thanks to the Cloak of Dredgen Yor, so he could have just overthrown the reigning champ at the time. Again, it's all pretty vague, so it's hard to say for sure what happened. That's some really cool info though, thanks for the reference.

Destiny's lack of dates is a major problem story wise. We don't even know how long our journey lasted time wise from revival to destroying the heart of the Black Garden.

There is a titan mark which is available form Shaxx that is called Mark of Thalor(or something) that is quote 'The mighty Thalor was a victor in the crucible - until Dredgen Yor and his Thorn' The part 'Dredgen Yor kill Thalor' kinda confuse me bcuz if guardian died they get revied by their ghost. How do you explain that anyway?

Yes and maybe the thorn we have is different from Yor? Maybe our has Light & Darkness while his only had Darkness,

Edited by Baumguy: 1/11/2015 8:50:13 PMDredgen Yor and his Thorn were known to drain the Light from their victims, I'm assuming that's how he "Permanently" killed them. And I'm pretty sure our Thorn was cleansed by the Speaker and it's connection to the Hive was severed when we killed Xyor the Unwed during the Exotic Bounty Quest for it.

This ^. We had to kill the creator (Xyor) to break the connection to the Hive in order to use it safely.
