Stop sending random messages to everyone ingame!!!
Its gotten to the point where you end up blocking communications to every person who sends me and friends one. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH STUFF THEN USE THE DAMNED FORUMS!!!!!!!

1 ReplyI don't mind invites in game(PSN). That's how I've gotten to know a lot of the people I game with now. That being said, if it's a blank join message I just delete it. If you can't be bothered to at least put nf or daily or something to indicate what you're wanting help with then don't waste my time.

1 ReplyAt least they send you messages asking for help with something, instead of random invites. They are doing what is meant to happen, this is a social game. If someone asked you for help in Rl, are you going to yell at them and say go to the Internet if you need help..

I imagine more people who play the game dont use forums than do. The option they have is to send messages. If they dont say anything ignore them. If they politely ask you for help politely decline.

It can be ok if they send a msg to u asking for help what they are working on and how many people they need random invites and friend adds get ignored asap

6 RepliesYou do realize how ridiculous it is to, while playing a game, to have to leave said game, go to the website for the game, post in the forums for said game. Wait indefinitely for a reply to come help in said game, never get said help... Or get a reply, load up said game again, wait for said help to arrive if you can even remember the crazy gamertags with random misspelled names and whatever numbers, only to realize you misspelled it.... Way too much effort when a simple message is enough. And if you are that kind of a hole, I hope it does take you a half hour to get help when you need it.

I hate JUST invited on 360. No message to explain, just invite. To me it's like "LOL, I'm just famous and cool, this guy will see my GT and immediately join" Like I'm probably over thinking it but it is what goes through my mind.

It's annoying as Hell to hear a bunch of squeekers say "Message to all recent players: Need 5 more for VoG on normal, 30+ with Gjallarhorns only." Edit: You can set it up where only friends can message you but good luck using LFG to find a group with that turned on and it gets annoying to switch it on and off all the time.
