Actually have this same issue and very hard for me to speak about how I feel about certain things. For me i feel there is nothing I can do to fix it so I accept it, beside the lazy part which I'm fixing.

Accepting it is good. This makes it easier to overcome. You realize what the problem is and then focus on straightening it out. If it's opening up to others then try (this is going to sound crazy) talking to yourself in the mirror. Tell yourself what the problems are. After doing this for so long it may end up being easier to talk to others. Does that make sense?

Yeah, I've just gotten overly good at lying and putting on a facade. It gets to a point where I have to just hole up for a few days so I don't stress out.

If its people you need to talk to irl and about problems you got you could always do like I have to sometimes and just text them what is bothering you even if they in same room. Often the best thing you can do is just finally break down and just go for it. If the emotions come flying out then they just do. As for being lazy the only thing you can do is just try to improve on it. One step at a time if you have to.
