Shouldn't there be a firing range type area? Y'know, a place where you can test out guns, grenades, etc, on dummies or targets? One of the NPC's in the Tower, (the one who gives you packages), even mentions an empty tower that's not in use. This could be used as the "Firing Range Tower", or something. I don't know, I'll let you guys and gals add on or something...
