OG member here. It was my first exotic drop and I have 3 now - it is an absolute beast and one of the best primarys in the game when used right.
Gunslinger + chain of woe + field scout = 56 round laser. Line up your shots so another enemy or some object is behind what you're shooting at and it does the same damage as the Suros with 2x the fire rate and a larger mag.
I like that it gets a bad rap cause it shows which users are skillful and which aren't

Agreed. I love my hardlight I use it on my titan and I can clear daily in about 5 min kill everything. The people s that say hardlight is a bad gun are just Suros noobs.

Edited by twinPrimesAreEz: 1/12/2015 12:12:01 AMYep for sure. In fact I was a Suros noob myself until on a whim I started using it on adds while defending the left conflux at the Oracle cp on VoG. I noticed I was just tearing through enemies faster than the Suros thanks to walls + volatile light. I'm pretty sure it has the highest dps in the game for primaries when you're shooting something with an object behind it from medium range on in.

Agreed. I use it on the right conflux ;) . I love it. Like you said it years through anything. I was doing omnigul, standing in the first room and the other two on my fire team were just standing behind me, as the thrall try to rush you I was just like a wall. nothing was getting through.

Dude I know what you mean. It's so much fun using against thrall. After getting past the thrall maze on CE last week I ran onto the freshly built bridge, turned around and just stood there mowing through the endless thrall until an ogre spawned behind me and killed me. I had like 200 kills on that section lol.
