Welcome, whoever-you-may-be to the Guardian Roleplay Hub! If you have joined, I'm sure you know what roleplay is. If for some reason you -don't-, roleplay is coming up with an original character and developing a backstory with them, and interacting with other peoples characters who have done the same. This can be in-game OR text-based, as it usually is. Before I get any further: a small set of rules. 1. No exotic items on your character, as in-Destiny-lore those are one-of-a-kind. Only exception will probably be No Land Beyond, as it is a basic Pre-Golden-Age rifle with nothing really special about it. There is probably thousands of them. 2. Try not to make too many individual threads, if you think one needs to be made I'm probably already on making it. 3. When roleplaying, don't use terms such as 'gunslinger' or 'striker' when your character is speaking. 'Titan', 'Warlock', and 'Hunter' are fine, but subclass names are, as far as we know, non-canon. 4. Don't use Dinkle-bot for your ghosts name, or anything else stupid for that matter. In-canon, guardians simply call their Ghosts, 'ghost', if you read Grimoire. 5. I CANNOT stress this one enough: PLEASE use proper grammar, capitalizing, and punctuation. 6. Try not to break the fourth wall (talk about real life in the roleplaying). -------------------------------------------------- I think that's it for the rules, and AS NECESSARY I will edit in more. Now for your instructions on where to begin! 1. Go to the character sheets page. 2. Copy and paste the format. 3. Fill out the format with your characters information, and post it. 4. Go to any of the threads labeled 'Earth: Cosmodrome', 'Moon: Ocean Of Storms', 'Venus: Ishtar Sink', or 'Mars: Meridian Bay', and post an action (FROM THIRD PERSON) of your Guardian doing something there. Examples would be your guardian teleporting in from your ship, or riding around on their Sparrow. That is all, Guardians. If you have questions, ask them here.
