If you're on ps4 join my group 'wizards of the vanguard'. As long as you have a mic and are a level capable of playing we can get you through it! I run through inexperienced players all the time and teach them how to do both raids. Go onto my profile and click the link to the group, then request to join. Don't just send me a PSN friend request or comment on here! Other members of the group are also willing to help inexperienced raiders. Just use the groups wall!
