That's what's makes the hard raid hard I suppose . All the enemy's are above 32

But, the hard vog raid capped at lvl 30. It's gear capped at lvl 30..... If they were going to do lvl 33 for the hard mode then gear should have allowed us the reach lvl 33, of course, one price of armor would be reserved for the hard raid, preventing someone from reaching 33 prematurely.
