Can anyone confirm if the quartermaster weapons vendors reset/not reset on a weekly/monthly basis? I remember the fusion rifles that the vanguard quartermaster had before the expansion was released usually changed elements and abilities. Does this still happen? The weapons hasn't changed since the expansion.
