Last year I spent £130 on my ex-gf, quite a bit considering I'm a student; had roses delivered, bought her jewellery, made chocolate-dipped strawberries that we had while we watched The Notebook, took her out for a 3 course dinner and a bottle of Sauvignon in an upscale bar afterwards. It was a lovely day and one of my favourite memories. This year I'm single and will probably remain single when February 14th goes out, so I'll go on a night out with my boys and get trashed.
