Its very important not to advertise on xbox live after Jan 15 you can get the tumbler cause Bungie did that in my case.Also read the description it said legendary tumbler ship and ghost shell I received the ship and ghost but no tumbler. 😳 I should have received it for the misinformation. I am also having issues of having no sparrow. I have done everything and I even looked to buy it but it is not there. Biggie please help.

There was a time limit on when you could get the sparrow?

It's stupid that Bungie have put a time limit on the EV-30 Tumbler. However there's no point in moaning about it because when the EV-30 was released it was put in to the contract regarding the DLC. What I think Bungie should do instead of having this one thing that everyone wants but can never have, even if they bought extra content, is having something that would reward any player who bought the pass or DLC at a certain time with something different. This would be something that did not affect any stats (e.g: armour or weapons) but something that people could show off like a shader, emblem, jump ship or even a ghost shell. I think a lot of people saw the time limit on the EV-30 as another thing that didn't really need to be there but was and seems like it would make up for this silly mistake.

The offer for the EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow expired as of 2015-01-15 @ 13:00. It required you to have installed the expansion pass/DLC, install the licenses, run the game and go to the postmaster to redeem your Sparrow by that point in that specific day. If you did not do ALL of the aforementioned, you would not have received it. If you did all of the above, it can also then be purchased from Tess the special orders person behind the postmaster. There is also a minute percentage of people who did all of the aforementioned and still did not receive their Sparrows. Bungie is aware of this problem and has stated that they are looking into that problem but in all likelihood, the chances of receiving your Sparrow range somewhere between slim and none. There are several Sparrows in game that are better than the Tumbler regardless that really make it a useless item. Also, when you realize the Sparrow is just an item used to move from one area of the planet to another, there truly is no reason to get worked up about such a trivial piece of equipment. And to anyone who is going to complain stating that "well then Bungie needs to change its advertising", it was clearly noted that the Sparrow was a limited time item and even on the Playstation banner that was out there had fine print stating the Sparrow was only available until the 15th. Bungie is NOT responsible for Playstation still running that ad, but despite that fact there is a disclaimer on the ad itself.

Hi There, Same thing happening to me. I bought the Digital Guardian Edition on Dec 22nd and never received my EV-30 sparrow. Followed everything on the FAQ, called Xbox to repurchase the game, and talked to Bungie help (they won't replace missing/deleted items). We deserve the items we've paid for - It was one of the main selling points of the Expansion Pass.
