Trying to jump from old cheese spot for crota lamps with no luck

I attempted this for 2 hours. Looks like the weight of darkness kicks in before I can get high enough. I was close a few times. But still no luck. Any pointers?

If you read the hot fix notes they fixed it. The physics no longer effect guardians. Have to run the long way now
