The amount of time to script, test, and balance a mission in a game like this is 100 times more than it takes to prop up the environment.
Environments are the first thing to be completed, otherwise there is no way for people to start laying out the encounters.
Then you have to test them.
they had step 1 done. They did not have 2, 3, and 4 done.
You cannot claim it to be anywhere near complete just because the environment is done.
And by the shitty state of much of the games story, balance, and flavors of cheese.
You damn well know they didn't have time for anything beyond the bare minimum.
Don't get me wrong. I am not happy either.
If House of Wolves is not amazing and in some magical way makes up for this shit, I am a lost customer.

I'm with you on the lost customer stuff too. People think I hate this game but I don't I'm just disappointed. I expected something more from my favorite fps creator but I guess not. Would you happen to play on xbox or playstation btw.

Had a few friends of mine pop into my chat while I was playing and asked me about the game. I told them not to buy it because it wasn't worth the $60 or $90 dollars. They laughed and said all their other friends who bought this game when it was released said the exact same thing. They are aware they have lost customers and will continue to hemorrhage fans. Bad business principles and practices coupled with a bad product is the quickest way to destroy a franchise of any kind.

Look at kings watch dude. Go out and find it. It is a fully fledged area with ENEMY AI and a BOSS. They did not just do the bare minimum. Kings watch is also part of house of wolves.
