Sheep? Hardly. I know Destiny isn't perfect, I just didn't buy into the pre-release hype. I based my choice of wether to buy it on the Beta. I'm not blind or naive - business is business, but I choose not to let that get in the way of my enjoyment of a video game.
Anyone who just wants to just jump on the conspiracy/cut content/paywall/disc-locked DLC bandwagon to criticise a game they've collectively spent hundreds, if not thousands, of hours playing can just -Baa!- off.

I don't want to jump on any conspiracy bandwagon, please believe. There is a very compelling case for Bungie/Activision impropriety here. We don't have a smoking gun, but we are finding guns all over the place that appear to have been fired.

Edited by StolenEyes: 1/14/2015 1:59:30 PMThank you for your polite and reasoned reply. I don't believe there is any conspiracy, what I do believe is there were some serious issues with Destiny, story-wise, towards the end of its development cycle that necessitated drastic and unforeseen changes. These changes have been detrimental, but I'm sure we will likely never find out why they occurred due to non-disclosure agreements. I feel sympathy for those who followed the game closely during its development, as they clearly feel short-changed, and rightly so. But I also think that there is a faction out there trying to demonise Bungie and Activision, for whatever reason, and it's getting pretty rabid. And pretty old, as well.
