Do you believe in reincarnation?

I don't disbelieve the idea. To me, reincarnations are why it is that we experience deja vu, or why sometimes, some skills just seem to come to us like we've known them our whole lives. It's why some people have certain animalistic mannerisms, etc. That's my thoughts.
