Ultra Captain, level 20 vandles and Dregs, they were even a different color and different armor.
under there names they had a different house and everything. Think it was house of kings or something.

The captain was unnamed yes? And there were small squads of vandals as opposed to swarms? Probably placeholders or test subjects.
