I need help..I'm broke on motes of light and have this timurs lash perks..
Zen moment stability
Perfect balance, flared magwell and field scout
Who's next.. Kill in final round increase reload speed..But I read somewhere that theveffect triggers on kill and would increase reload when emptied but isn't there already and reload when empty?so I'm guessing this requires a kill..speed difference between those 2 perks minot sure but I read Outlaw and Who's next perk are both 150% boost
Im looking to use for Pve primarily but I really would of liked Outlaw.. But I'm broke and if I get motes to reroll and don't get perks I need I'm screwed :(

I did the test using shotgun Felwinter's lie, perk "Who's next?" -it doesn't need to be the last bullet on your magazine, you just need to reload right after a kill, -the buff last few seconds and decay, so don't use it on your last bullet, you wont reload the 6 bullets equal fast, -besides it feels that the benefit stuck with "flared magwell" (quick reload) on same shotgun, so you can pick any other skills instead like "snapshot"
