I need help..I'm broke on motes of light and have this timurs lash perks.. Zen moment stability Perfect balance, flared magwell and field scout Who's next.. Kill in final round increase reload speed..But I read somewhere that theveffect triggers on kill and would increase reload when emptied but isn't there already and reload when empty?so I'm guessing this requires a kill..speed difference between those 2 perks minot sure but I read Outlaw and Who's next perk are both 150% boost Im looking to use for Pve primarily but I really would of liked Outlaw.. But I'm broke and if I get motes to reroll and don't get perks I need I'm screwed :(
