Is it true your milk comes in bags? And if so, why? And do you really say "eh" often? Eh?

Ive never seen milk in a bag. Unless you're talking about powdered milk.
-
Milk in bags is very common in the supermarkets in Canada.
-
Powdered or?
-
Nah, good ol' liquid milk. :) Maybe it's a more common sight in Ontario/Quebec?
-
Perhaps. I wonder what it is like.
-
It's just regular milk. Only that it comes in a bag not a box. It's identical otherwise. :)
-
Yeah but...what would it feel like o-o
-
To handle the bag, you mean? Yeah, it's tricky. That's why you can buy these plastic holders... like a jug of water. Then you put the bag in it, cut a corner, and pour it out using the plastic holder. Otherwise, the milk itself feels and tastes like any other milk. :)
-
Odd, why doesn't one just buy a milk jug instead of having to spend a little more for a bag and a holder?
-
The holder you buy separately and keep reusing it. I agree it's odd, who knows why it's done that way. Though not everyone buys it that way and you can absolutely still buy milk in cartons. Maybe for historical or business/financial reasons.
-
No, but when it does happen usually everyone laughs. The apologizing thing is pretty legit though
-
Lol alright cool. I didn't mean to be rude either, I was legitimately curious. Thanks.
-
You can get milk in both bags and cartons.
