Not sure how to hashtag this, but I think it would be cool to have new factions or groups. Two that immediately come to mind are The Hidden who are led by Ikora Rey, and another could be the Praxic Order. I honestly don't know if there is a titan exclusive one since I haven't read much lore on it, but the idea of it sounds like it could be fun with possible missions from those vendors. It would be kind of like Queen's Wrath missions, but they would be side stories exclusive to those groups. The Hidden are charged with finding secrets and infiltrating strongholds, so that bladedancer with Patience and Time, along with Don't Touch Me would come in very handy. Along with that, you get bits and pieces of lore about the story as a whole, or of other characters, like what is behind the Speaker's mask? As for the Praxic Warlocks, you could go on missions to find new information and ways to defeat the darkness, or maybe even study up on things such as the Ahamkara since there is a lot of hints on their lore. Thinking more about it, the actual crest or image of the Alpha Lupi is on a lot of things, like the cloak the speaker sells for hunters, chest armor for hunters and titans, and even the Gjarllahorn (so?). And maybe, as an exotic faction, if there ever could be such a thing, working alongside The Nine. Truth be told, it may be a bit to implement fully so that you can really enjoy it and there would be some things that need to be ironed out, but it would be awesome to see something like this implemented.
