As long as they're contributing, I don't mind. I don't diss that they snipe from the rocks the same way they don't diss when I run right into those Vex SOBs with two shotguns.
Let them play, I say.

It's just annoying is all.
-
True. I sometimes let myself get killed so they feel compelled to drop into danger and get their hands dirty, but that's only when I'm in a teaching mood.
-
The funny thing is, I have no problem dropping down to res you. I'll just jump back up when I'm done. Lol
-
Lols it's just dumb.. If they did some math they'd figure out the icebreaker only shoots 12 bullets a minute. Much faster to just go down and kill them quicker.
-
Also true. But people new to the Icebreaker are still adjusting to a weapon that eschews traditional raccoon pockets for a recharging battery. Soon enough it'll be clear that it's a good gun to switch to during combat than to solely rely on. If it bothers you that much, message them about it in the game or, if they're in team chat, tell them there. A lot of players don't use the forums and won't see a thread like this.
-
That's true. Nobody uses game chat in strikes, I noticed. One time I was in a strike and this one guy started talking and said I was the first person he'd ever seen use the game chat on a strike.

Even when it first came out there was hardly anyone using it. It was a combination of too little too late and the want for an option to do so more than a desire to partake.
