IceBreaker is getting NERFED
Icebreaker is going to get NERFED when Xur sold it around iron banner time the pvp tards will complain and get it NERFED.

Meh it and black hammar are both pretty safe in the fact that their unique perks are really only OP in pve, and only idiots complain about that.

Icebreaker isn't even good in PvP. My iron banner spear sniper with final round is a one shot kill body shot. Nerf that.

Who needs ammo regen for specials in PvP? One of the worst snipers for PvP.....
