This is outrageous.
Once again, Xur hands these noobs great weapons and now everyone is running around with a icebreaker. The first time was fine, no one even knew what the gun was but now all the noobs get some of the greatest weapons in the game handed to them once again. Watch Xur do something ridiculous next week and sell Suros or Gjhallarhorn next week. Once again, Xur has ruined amazing weapons that people have EARNED. This is starting to be too much enjoy not earning the weapon the real way noobs. This game is overrun by casuals
Edit: Lmao these noobs still are mad because they didn't earn their exotics like good players. Seems like all the good veterans left.

Edit: WOW this is horrifying. Now every single match I join I just SSE nothing but icebreakers because Xur practically handed them out. Truly outrageous what a stupid game. Have fun getting your non-legit icebreakers noobs.

You don't "earn" anything in this game. It's RNG. Compete random. So stop -blam!-ing complaining. My friend has been trying to get ice breaker for the longest time and I'm happy that he can finally buy it. So he won't be useless on Crota.

Anyone that has saved coins from doing the weekly etc has more right to say they earned the ice break they got today rather than getting lucky with a chest or a crucible drop. Stop being a dick, the weapons are there for everyone to obtain one way or another. If you want to know what it's like to earn something go get a -blam!-ing job, and then maybe when you hit the real world you might even earn a life.

U can't earn guns in this gane it's rng for goodness sakes call me a noob plz been playing since day 1 beta and day 1 of the game nearly a 2300 grimoire score as well and nearly 14 days played so truly u can't earn it just saying xur does take some earning though since u do earn strange coins from weekly other than tht this post is irrelevant like the others!

Let me ask you a question: You obtained yours in a nightfall/strike/raid? If so, how did you EARN it? In reality, those who worked for their strange coins and SAVED for it, actually earned it more then you. Or, did you buy it the first time and that's why you gave the first time he sold it a pass? Stop being so closed minded. I am 29 and I have a career. I was out of town the weekend he sold it and missed out. I am level 32, run 3 raids/nightfalls/heroics as a week and run ROC strikes often. Yet, I never "earned", aka GOT LUCKY, with the drops. How do I, someone since day 1, full raid sets maxed for both raids, have no earned it by buying it from Xur today?

2 RepliesYou got it from a lucky drop just like me. You didn't "earn" anything. Me and a friend of mine were in crota's end and I got the IB and she didn't. She then bought it from Xur when he came. Technically, she did more than I did for it. The raid, and EARNING those strange coins. It disgusts me that people get so upset when Xur comes. If your one of the people who bought it from Xur for strange coins, then good work. You earned it. If you're someone who got it from a lucky drop like me, then be happy that you had some luck on your side.
