Earning =/= RNG Been playing this game since Day 1, got IB the first time it was sold, and I still acknowledge Xur sales as being the only thing actually EARNED. You complete a task to acquire currency to spend on items at his store. Sounds like what we have here in the real world. You earn that sack of groceries by going to work and earning the money needed to purchase it. A random loot drop does not equate to earning - it's a mere lottery ticket.
