IceBreaker is getting NERFED
Icebreaker is going to get NERFED when Xur sold it around iron banner time the pvp tards will complain and get it NERFED.

People will complain that everybody sells it, they won't complain that it needs to be nerfed. It's shit in PvP, who'd want to nerf it?
