I had a user ask me what the power button was, facepalm. Most of the users are locked out of there computer accounts. It's kinda of cool because I help people all over the world

I have a map im my cube that I use pins to mark where people have called from that day, it's a pretty cool since then I can kinda visualize where everyone is calling from
