You're a complete idiot. The only reason to want someone not to have an ice breaker is in the situation where they would use it in the crucible against you and really who is going to do that? Why would you not want everyone in your fireteam to have the ability to be using an ice breaker. They are so useful in raids and strikes you would have to be mad to not want everyone to have one.
