DESTINY BUNGIE ERRORS PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINTS 01-18-2015 Always have problems with joining parties ONLY when using Destiny and connecting to gamers who are ONLY playing Destiny. I have tried everything I could think of, Microsoft could come with that I could try, and your help section. NOTHING WORKS. Also by the way, Microsoft said flat out it had to be you BUNGIE and YOUR GAME. I attempted previous times to contact you on these issues and you, BUNGIE, never responded to my request for assistance or to request more information from me. Over this problem, I and my wife have foregon purchasing your DLC. Simply put, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NO MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET OR MY FAMILYS' UNTIL YOU FIX THESE PROBLEMS. You literally immediately cost yourself $70.00 dollars of profit you could have made from neither myself and from my wife NOT purchasing your DLC or DLC Season Pass for our three Xboxs we own. 2 Xbox 360 and another Xbox 1. On top of that, Every person I talk to about Destiny here's about you, BUNGIE providing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to your customers, and NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, along with NO DIRECT CONTACT THROUGH EITHER EMAIL OR VIA PHONE. You know something a REAL BUSINESS ACUTALLY DOES. That is why I left Destiny over this problem and another problem around mid-November. Only after a group of friends I talked to ask me about coming on did I decide to check and see if you bothered to fix these problems. Yet still I see NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AND NO DIRECT CONTACT METHOD OF YOU, BUNGIE!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of your reputation from making Halo 1-3 plus Halo Reach to make massive sales and fail all those who believed you really cared about making great games, telling great stories, or for that matter continuing to make awesome HALO series. YOU SHOULD'VE STUCK TO WHAT YOU WERE GREAT AT, MAKING HALO!!! INSTEAD YOU ARE A FAR CRY FROM THE DAYS OF AWESOME GAME MAKING, TELLING GREAT STORIES, PROVIDING AN EXPERIENCE EVERYONE LOVED AND COULD GET BEHIND WITH!!! One Last thing, You really ticked me off when I came back to Destiny in January to only you had made the game so much more difficult to get any where. Exotic Shards needed in Legendary Weapons that I already owned!?! WTF!?! I nearly had the last circle/damage upgrade completed to only find I need an Exotic Shard!?! On top of that I have to build up a high level character just to be able to earn Strange Coins to purchase Exotic Shards from “Xur” in turn to finish upgrading Legendary Weapons and Exotic Weapons!?! That’s the dumbest frakking crap ever!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS TIME FREED UP ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS TO GO FIND “XUR”!?! Then to add insult to injury every frakking weapon in my inventory is affected that I already own and was in mist of upgrading!?! Now it takes around a week for a chance to fully upgrade a weapon. With which unless really lucky, you can only pull off 1 Exotic Shard per character by completing the weekly heroic for 9 strange coins to use ONLY ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS to exchange!?! TO make matters WORSE, I CAN ONLY UPGRADE VANGUARD RANK TO GET A VANGUARD COMMENDATION WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY TO PURCHASE/RECEIVE WITH VANGUARD MARKS WHICH ARE HIGHLY LIMITED TO 100 A WEEK MAXIMUM FOR ALL WEAPONS, AND HELMET PLUS CHEST ARMOR (Except Cruicble ((Yes I know that’s not spelled right and NO I DON’T CARE AS LONG AS BUNGIE DOESN’T CARE IT’S CUSTOMERS OR ME!)) items which requires it’s own Cruicble Commendation using same take FOREVER Method to ever do anything) IS A BIG LOAD OF SH@T!?! Lets not forget that anyone without DLC is no limited in items they can get in game, missions special items, DLC on bounties which can be completed but can’t use/purchase items from NPC with your Crotas Bane Rank and items, nor can NOT do a level 26 strike (that’s super stupid), plus everyone has to wait for FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS FOR “XUR” just to trade a weekly reward (that can be done only once was really lucky) “Strange Coins” to get the “ 1 of Exotic Shard” to fully upgrade a weapon, NEVER DID BUNGIE COME THROUGH WITH THE MUCH PROMISED TRADING!?! WTF BUNGIE, you too worried everyone would have everything much faster and leave them to absolute boredom faster than already with you, BUNGIE BARELY PUTTING A SINGLE NEW WEAPON, OR ARMOR PIECE IN 2 MONTHS ONLY AFTER EXPANSION DLC RELEASES!?! DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS FOR GAMERS!?! YOU TO LAZY TO MAKE EVERYONES MIC WORK RIGHT!?! Everyone already turns off their MIC when they don’t want others to hear their private conversation. So your excuse BUNGIE that your respecting others privacy is a big load of hog wash and everyone knows it and is pissed about it!?! I found most, including myself had an extremely hard time with switching to local game chat on Xbox One when your in a party to chat and strategize with players!?! Oh wait, that’s right, IT doesn’t allow it at all!?! Gee is that why people complain!?! Could it be you really frakked it up EVEN WORSE THEN BEFORE!?! I found out I can’t speak to a soul in the Tower unless I message them or party invite them cause on one seems to know or care to turn on their local chat in Tower whether it’s an Xbox 1, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, or Playstation 4!?! Don’t even get me started on Raid Errors and Problems from the beginning it was launched to present day!?! Unbelievable!?! Players can walk through objects, NPCs, other players!?! What the hell kind of lazy gaming is that!?! With only 16 players allowed anywhere, theres no reason why I should be able to walk through objects, NPCs, or other players!?! What’s your excuse BUNGIE on that!?! Oh we can’t have players getting stuck anywhere!?! News Flash, That only appears like lazy programming on your part BUNGIE!?! OR DID YOU FORGET HOW TO DO IT HAVE MAKING IT RICH OFF HALO 1-3 AND HALO REACH!?! Maybe that’s why 343 Industries gets to do HALO now!?! YOU could’ve made another HALO or extremely close to HALO GAME OR SIMILAR STORY AND BEEN REALLY SUCCESSFUL!?! INSTEAD YOU FRAKKED UP OUR BLIEF IN YOU BUNGIE!?! YOU ARE DOING THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF BEING A SUCCESSFULLY BUSINESS MEETING CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS AND EVEN GOING THE FAR AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS TO MEET AND CREATE A SUPPLY AND DEMAND!?! I KNOW FOR A FACT, UNLESS YOU MAKE THIS CRAP UP TO ME AND MY FELLOW GAMERS, NOT JUST MY CLAN, BUT ALL THE REST OF THE CLANS, MEANING ALL GAMERS WILL GO SILENT AND YOUR SERVER TRAFFIC, BUNGIE WILL FINISHING DROPPING LIKE A TON OF BRICKS AFTER THE IDIOT WHO DIDN’T CARE ABOUT BUILDING A FOUNDATION ON A HOUSE AND JUST CALLED IT DONE AND WALKED AWAY JUST TO PICK UP ONLY THE MONEY AFTERWARDS!!! On a final mention is this post anyway, Xbox 1 can do 64 players at once, Xbox 360 can do 32 players at once in an area, WHATS YOUR LAME EXCUSE BUNGIE FOR LIMITING ALL SOCIAL ACTIVITY TO 3 PEOPLE FIRETEAMS EXCEPT RAIDS AND CRUICBLE!?! YOU, BUNGIE CLAIMED THE GAME, DESTINY IS ABOUT SOCIAL EXPERIENCE, SO WHY IS ONLY 3 PLAYER TEAMS, NO MORE THAN LAME 16 PLAYERS IN TOWER OR ANY WORLD MAPS!?! SO MUCH FOR SOCIAL EXPERIENCE HUH!?! THREE RAID TEAMS CAN’T EVEN FIT IN THE TOWER!?! SO GEE, FINDING RANDOM PLAYERS OR RARE PLAYERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO DO AN RAID IN THE SAME TOWER IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE!?! Nice to see the updated survey has questions regarding member titles and avatars. While I doubt that the ninjas have the power to really make those kinds of decisions, the fact that you guys acknowledge community opinion is appreciated.
