I was just playing some Dragon Age: Inquisition sitting in the tavern at Redcliff when a singing maiden caught my ear. I started listening and realized how awe-inspiring the music was. What music in games do you really enjoy? Probably my favorite would be TES soundtracks. Absolutely epic.

Edited by Smash House Breck: 11/24/2015 1:49:00 PMI believe I already made a post a while ago, but I'll make another one. I'll list a few of my favorite game soundtracks: Halo (CE-REACH)
I find 4 and 5 to be missing the same feel as the others, probably due to different composers. ODST's soundtrack is very underrated as well.
Mass Effect 3
A really underrated soundtrack.
The Legend of Zelda
Majora's mask, Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, all of these are fantastic.
Metroid Prime Trilogy
Never get tired of phendrana drifts in prime.
Kid Iccarus Uprising
Magnus's theme is amazing, but so is the whole soundtrack.
Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction (as well as quest for booty)
Some of my favorite pirate music from my favorite game of all time.
Panzer Dragoon Orta
A really solid soundtrack.
Fallout: New Vegas
Some people don't like it, but it has a western feel to it that I like.
Skyrim
A huge soundtrack, but if you want some good ambient music look no further.
Mario Kart 8
It has a jazzy feel to it that is really quite awesome.
Okami
The Japanese feel of the game and music is pretty interesting, and I can't get enough of it.
Kirby's Epic Yarn
All of it is fantastic and upbeat.
Super Smash Bros 4
The remixed songs are fantastic.
Xenoblade Chronicles
The song that plays on the bionis leg is fantastic, but so is the rest of the soundtrack. It's titled Gaur Plane. The song "They will know our names" is another one of my favorites.
Pokemon
Black and white have some of my favorite songs.
Destiny and Destiny The Taken King
Both are fantastic. I know this is supposed to be more about other games, but they have great soundtracks.
Portal
Who doesn't love the song "Still Alive"
Child of Light
It has some pretty relaxing and epic music.
Animal Crossing (New Leaf)
The music changed a lot from other Animal Crossing games, but it's fantastic. I'll turn on the game just to listen to the music.
Kirby Air Ride
Fountain of Dreams is my favorite version of gourmet race.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Comment with suggestions and I'll check them out. Edit: Ori and the Blind forest
I can't praise the music enough for this being an indi game.
Crysis 2 Hans Zimmer always delivers, I just wish more games would get him to do their osts. But I'm sure he's quite expensive.
