I have the helm but in a honesty i dont notice anything from the perks but maybe its just me

No i was using voidwalker cuz the perk says kills with nova bomb reduce cooldown but my intellect is at 100 but my nova bomb charges as though nothin is increasing it same for my sunsinger ability. Like i said maybe i dont realize it but thats how it seems

Edited by YouKnowYouLoveMe: 1/18/2015 4:56:59 AMIt doesn't reduce cool down rate. Your bar will just have some super energy left after the super, just depending on how many guys you killed with the nova bomb. You kill 8 guys, free nova bomb.
