No, there is a difference. I've played with the warlock since day one. Was my first character. It instantly regenerates the nova bomb if you kill 7 enemies with it. With 4 enemies you are instantly past halfway on the regen bar. And this is without bad juju. I have heard different things about bad juju. Some say it doesn't stack with obsidian, others say it does. In either case, max intellect will always help if you can't kill a full 7 enemies.
