Hello fellow guardians

Hi I'm a fairly new player to Destiny and have struggled with the raids, have only done Crota once and VoG x2 on normal. I want to learn any tips and tricks any of you are willing to pass onto me :) Is there a group willing to take me through on Aetheon on hard? Ok you got me, carry me through.... Lvl 31 hunter and on xbox one, gamertag is as above Many thanks in advance Ricky
