I've been in a situation where my house was to the point of it falling apart myself. It sucked cause I never had the money to fix it. The way I solved that situation was moving out eventually, course I was old enough to do so. To be honest you may just have to rough it out till you can move out or get a job to help fix up the place. As for your dad it honestly sounds like your mom should divorce him. He obviously is a problem around the house. Don't let what he says to you bother you though. You're never worthless unless you are just complete scum and from the sounds of it you don't seem anywhere near that.
Best advice I can give is as I said, just tough it out and realize it'll get better eventually. Take walks or go hiking to get your mind off the problems at your house, maybe also try to take your brother and sister along just to get them out. Sometimes it helps just being away from the problem for awhile to get your sanity back.
If money is a issue and you desperately want to get out of that situation, I'd say when you can get a job to do so and perhaps talk to your mom about you, her, and the rest of your siblings of finding another place even if it's to rent. There is a solution to every problem. Just calm your mind and try to look at your options
