Mid range is the smart way to use snipers. You can go long range, but extreme long range is pointless, and even detrimental.

The IB range is max basically so sniping from a far is meant to be.

Scout rifles are mid range. Snipers are long range. I guess you need to use snipers so close though, make the targets nice and big so you don't miss.

I don't use shotguns. I mainly use auto rifles and then fusion rifles for 2v1 or more
