Oh like if you're doing a mission or strike with that modifier and he spawns as Randall?

I have never had a problem wearing him out at level 28 or above. It does take time though. He is not the spawn I would camp if you want to leisurely get your Fallen Major bounty. There is nothing easy or leisurely about him. I'd rather go piss on a rattlesnakes head!
