Do people really put syrup in the snow and when it's almost frozen you roll it onto a Popsicle stick and eat it? I read this on the Internet and I'm not sure it's true

Well you've got it backwards really. We roll in the snow and whatever sticks to us we make syrup snow cones out of it.
