I copied it from an older reply I made in another similar thread. I haven't seen log horizon and tbh I actually haven't watched a lot of anime. I've only seen NGE, GitS, Zankyou no Terror (which is -blam!-ing great!), and Girls und Panzer. I just started watching the short and very strange show FLCL. Only one episode in so far though.

FLCL is actually really funny and entertaining, if you can handle having no idea what is actually going on, but yeah... It makes no -blam!-ing sense, so be warned
