Yeah its like an extra bullet for every three kills. Turns the 13 rd mag into something more like 17. Depending on your aim.

I thought mine was broken, 1 bullet for every 3 kills you say? I was glad I got that perk , hoping I would be able to avoid the slow reload. I guess I was hoping for more.

I was too. But hey it still has a huge magazine. I just wish i had a range perk on it. Thorn spoiled me.

Just tested... 3-4 kills no ammo received

Its hardly noticeable. Just shoot a bunch of enemies and count shots fired. It has to be more than 7.

Confirmed... 7 round clip... pve test counted bullets. No return to sender.

That sucks man. Mine for sure works. Maybe you have to have the field scout with it? I dont know.
