Think about it, xur sells pretty much every exotic in the game, and people think getting 17 strange coins is a hard task, when you have 2 characters you can do the weekly twice and get 18 there already with no kind of effort, exotics are ment to be hard to find. Whats the point of us finding a rare exotic when xur is just goinf to sell it anyway making your effort of finding it useless. Might aswell not play at all and just do the weekly two or three times a week in the reset then wait for xur to come and blam! You have good shit. I feel like the game is catering to new players more. Its the same with the gear, earlier players had to grind the shit out of the game and vault of glass to get to lvl 30 because the gear didnt drop easy, now all you do is do a couple strikes and buy gear from the vanguard and get to 31, and also getting gear from crota raid isnt hard either since the drop is common as shit and doesnt require much of a grind to get to 32. Tell me what you guys think.

Last I heard people were moaning like hell because they weren't getting gear in VoG, myself included. Xur is the only reliable way to get exotics and tbh in a completely rng game you don't earn anything you just get lucky. Xur actually helps you as if everyone has better gear and weapons it makes the bullshit uncreative bullet sponges of bosses and ultras easier to kill. Others are literally just for fun so why shouldn't we have most of them ? Your comment about him hand feeding newbies gear is irrelevant as to get the 31 gear they need crucible commendations and vanguard to by the helm and chest piece which itself requires them to rank up factions past rank three repeatedly. Then to get exotics from xur they need coins and to get 9 coins they need to be at least level 29; not a quick thing to accomplish. They will have to grind just as much if not more than you did to reach level 32 so quit complaining and embrace the new player base and help them out, remember you were a noob once.
