Suddenly We're hated.
Suddenly all 31's trying to get in on the hard raid are just getting bullied by 32s. Psh, Highschool all over again.

As "Amazing" and "Inspiring" Your Guys post are. I think you're missing the point, I don't care about the hard raid or doing it anytime soon! Im saying that alot of the 32s are being bullies to levels below. (As stated im my post above^) Yes i understand that we 31s do significantly less damage than a 32 but i didn't know that gave you the right to Call people "Scrubs, Scumbags, Wetbacks,etc" As much as you guys think "Oh its the interner get over it scrub. Go cry somewhere else" instead of actually understanding what im trying to imply here, It won't change anything. Just like this post is probably meaningless and others will laugh. Ive seen what bullying can do to people, I've lost family and friends to it. Im just stating what i see. Nothing more. -S

I run the whole raid except for crota with 30s it's no problem I know many shortcuts. But 31s have no place in the final fight against crota

4 Replies32 is one level lower than the enemies in the Hard Raid. This is 30% less damage dealt, 30% more damage received. 31 is two levels lower than the enemies in the Hard Raid. This is 40% less damage dealt, 40% more damage received. Level 31s only deal/receive 10% less/more damage than 32s, the difference isn't that large.

7 RepliesI have 3 31s. My bro and his group of 32s were having trouble at death singer, one of them abandoned. He asked me to help, I popped in and it took us 2 tries to get through. I took out one wizard and shrieker basically by myself, and died dpsing death singer, but we got through it mostly because I did my part when the other 32s were dropping the ball and playing it safe. My bro thanked me, he was basically handling his side on his own as well. At the end, I was third in kills, and was last to join. So 31s aren't as useless as I thought they would be in hard raid. I hate that after 5 weeks of raiding, I'm still missing armor to get to 32 on all characters. Rng it's such a pain, and a reason why I'm playing more PvP instead of PvE now.

I had great fun running the first two portions and even death singers with 31s, but one really needs a whole team of 32s for hard crota to be manageable. I've yet it to complete the raid because said group didn't have enough damage output for the last bit. I never once gave them a hard time about it. I liken this quote to your post. "You create evil when you give it a name" There are plenty of polite/respectful gamers online. Forums are the place where the bad culture seems to breed. I've known people lost to bullying, but never because of an RNG based game, or picked on for level differences in said game. Usually it is [u]harassment[/u] on much more serious scale in real life settings. I'm offended that you would suggest this is even the same thing. I demand you remove that bit, level your character like the rest of us did and move on. Best regards, B

Ran crota last night with a 31. He didn't die anymore than anyone else. But that doesn't mean that you can do it.

As a 31, i have never made fun of a lower level. Didnt do it when i was at the 30 cap pre-dlc, wont do it once i reach 32. Instead, i will help others reach 32.

1 ReplyI really don't understand why people who are 31 get all up in arms about not being accepted or whatever. You weren't born level 31. You aren't permanently stuck at 31. You CAN become 32 with some work, and then you literally NEVER have to worry about being "discriminated" against again!

3 RepliesOnce people get more familiar and better with the hard mode a lot more people will start taking more 31s. But for now most people are trying to get it done fast with 32s. Or that's what I think at least.

Edited by stealthkiller22: 1/23/2015 7:11:43 AMfor my lower characters i refuse to bring down a team because im 31 even though skilled i will only do checkpoints where i can assist with no issues it can be hard to get the right people on at same time ghorn helps team hugely when 31s in team otherwise the raid can be a pain the arse lol with timezone the players i usually raid with are fussy doing raid again because we all have jobs and time is not friendly to us lol
