I would agree, but honestly I'd feel bad if I got killed all the time by higher level enemies. It's all about the math. 31's do lower and take higher-percent damage. It sucks, but that's the way it is, don't be too frustrated. Sure, some of the posts on this forum could be worded a little more delicately, but if you want in to the hard raid you're going to have to find some very accommodating groups.
